This was fucking GOLD. Your power with words is phenomenal. Just upgraded.

Also, if you're into meditations, I have one for anger and one for forgiveness that I can shoot you through if you want. They're not your standard just-think-positive crap. Tell me if you want them.

EIther way, I'm glad I found you and look forward to welcoming you into my inbox 😁

By the by, i know health issues are personal journeys but having been on mine since late twenties (im 44 now) i have a lot of experience. The current doctor im working with remotely (they are based in topanga) has given me the most accurate path of correcting long rooted issues. They are a joint chinese and tibetan medicine practitioner and ive seen so many doctors over the last two decades that i feel i have the experience to recommend them.

If you want their name and contact details id be happy to give. Just dont want to overstep.

Not an overstep at all! I’ve been dealing with a bunch of gut/bloating issues that I’m trying to work with a functional medicine doc to fix. Would love your rec though! Still open to new solutions 🤍

Yeah, as an overview i was in remission for a number of years in my mid to late thirties but during the pandemic things got bad again. I worked with a naturopath who specialized in gut, mold and associated issues and that improved things to a point (i worked with her for two years as my main doctor) but there was diminishing returns and not a full remission (but it was very helpful). Then i went to La for six weeks to search new potentials and found brian watrous at clinic@purelandfarms.com and its been really relieving.
